How do I contact WPR?

How do I listen on wpr.org?
You can listen to WPR’s three networks live with our built-in audio player on wpr.org. The player is in the dark gray bar at the bottom of your screen. You can select the network you want to hear — NPR News & Music, The Ideas Network, or All Classical Network — here’s a little more information:
If you’re on your phone: click on the small white circle with an arrow in it. The audio player should expand so you can choose the network you want to hear. You’ll also find links to the network program schedules, playlists and program notes there.
If you’re on a computer: click on the red oval that says “Live Streams” in it. The audio player should expand so you can choose the network you want to hear. You’ll also find links to the network program schedules, playlists and program notes there.

How do I submit a news tip or media release to WPR?
Do you have a news tip or an idea for a future WPR story? We welcome ideas and media releases from the public, just visit WPR’s Contact Us page and use the provided form.
How do I call-in or participate in a live program?
If you want to join in a conversation or share your question or thoughts for a guest on one of WPR’s talk shows: Email talk@wpr.org or call 800-642-1234 during the program. Please be sure to follow our call-in guidelines.

How can I listen to WPR?
There are many ways to listen to Wisconsin Public Radio on air or streaming. WPR is home to 38 stations with two broadcast networks – NPR News & Music and The Ideas Network – and a third, All Classical, digital network. Find your local radio station or listen to a live stream of our networks via the free WPR mobile app and through most smart speakers.

How do I listen to a past program?
Many of our programs are archived for later listening online via wpr.org or the free WPR app. If you know what show you want to listen to, go to their show page on the website and scroll to the “Browse Archive” link at the bottom of the page. From there, you should be able to search the archive for specific topics or program dates. You can also try searching the website using our search page.
How do I find my local station?
Search by zip code or use your current location to find your local station.
How do I improve my radio reception?
We’re sorry you’re having trouble receiving our broadcasts. Interference from home electronics, other stations and the weather are the most common issues with poor reception. Common solutions to reception issues can be found here.

How do I become a business sponsor of WPR?

How do I submit a music request?

Can I submit my music for possible airplay on WPR?
We receive thousands of music submissions from record labels and musicians every year. If you’d like to submit your classical, folk or world music for consideration, please email our Audience Services team at listener@wpr.org and they will help you. We regret that submissions cannot be returned and are not guaranteed to be used on air.
How do I request a WPR or NPR host appearance for my group or event?
Thank you for your interest in having a WPR or NPR host appear at your event. WPR hosts make limited appearances at events throughout the year based on their availability. We abide by strict ethical guidelines and don’t make political or business endorsements.
