Gas prices in Wisconsin are more than 30 cents above the national average, possibly because a Great Lakes refinery bought fuel to supplement their own production.

A new study from UW-Madison La Follette School of Public Affairs suggest that it's with lower-skilled positions, not higher-skilled ones, where demand is high and supply is low.
