On the last day of campaigning for candidates running in Tuesday's recall primaries. Democratic candidate for governor Tom Barrett spent part of the day Kenosha.
He campaigned in a crowded diner, discussing UW system funding with a couple of seniors at UW-Parkside. He also compared Wisconsin and Illinois politics with a few diners from Illinois.
Barrett was also asked about the latest ad from Republican Governor Scott Walker, attacking Barrett's record as Mayor of Milwaukee. Barrett said the ad is nothing more than a smokescreen mean to hide Walker's own record.
